Clacton Camera Club Competitions

Clacton Camera Club this year will have Nine in house competitions during the course of the season, covering such subjects as, Portraiture, creative, natural history and general or open.. Our fourth points
competition of the season has a set subject of "Power, and together with our four other open rounds, make up the score for the points competition. There are also separate comps for creative, natural history, and portrait , ending the season with Picture of the Year . Whether you use traditional film or have embraced digital imagining, the club caters for both and makes no distinctions of the media used in competitions.

There are three sections for all points competitions which are:-
 
Monochrome:- ( black and white +one Tone) Prints
Colour Prints
Transparencies (slides)

Each member is allowed two prints per section for points competitions.

 There are also print and slide battles with
other local clubs held at home or away alternating yearly, these tend to be of
an open theme judged by an independent judge.

All work submitted may be TRADE, DIGITAL or HOME
PROCESSED and should of been taken in the last three years of the competitions.
